Withdraw from the agreement

For 14 days after you created your Saunatic account you have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement. It costs nothing and you need no reason. The result is the same as deleting your account.

In the app

During the 14 days, Withdraw from the agreement is shown under Account (the account icon at the top of the Saunas tab). Choose whether your comments and reviews should go too, and press Withdraw and delete my account. We confirm by email that we received it.

By email or letter

Tell us in any clear way - for example with the form below, sent to support@saunatic.app (open a ready-made email) or by post to Lovely Print Sweden AB, Gullbergsvägen 37 A, 511 58 Kinna, Sweden. Send it before the 14 days have passed. We confirm by email when we received it.
